Dimpling processing on silicon carbide
Using a femtosecond laser, dimple processing was performed on silicon carbide.
A hemispherical concave shape with a diameter of 100μm, a pitch of 150μm, and a depth of 30μm is created in a staggered arrangement at 60 degrees.
